Alken-Ziegler is one of the largest automotive large diameter cold forming facilities in North America. This equipment is surplus to the ongoing needs of their current operation. All the machines are parts forming machinery and eventually the list will include ancillary items that supported the parts formers like secondary equipment. All the machines are in good working order and can be inspected at any time.

Coldform Liquidation
ColdForm Inc. is a custom manufacturer of precision-formed components for Automotive, Electronics, Electrical Devices, Hand Tools, Lock Hardware and general industrial firms. The company began manufacturing in 1984. With the capacity from .040" to almost 1" wire in forming and the capability of CNC machining and milling, complex components now can be offered complete. Other secondary operations include Roll Threading of shapes, forms and threads, internal tapping and machining, slotting and press forming. Most machines still under power.
